Official Xbox Magazine are doing it again, pick up Issue 52, on sale now, I'm gonna presume they're doing the same for the US version aswell as the UK one.
Don't know about the Gamerpics, but the Theme is definitely included on the demo disc. :) Sorry if this has already been posted.
